Corporate social responsibility at Swan is a collective effort of the team to make a positive impact to society. Our CSR activities encompass three key areas viz Social Upliftment, Philanthropy, and Environmental.

Social Upliftment through Rural Women Employment

Our initiatve to provide employment to rural women serves the dual purpose of social upliftment of women in rural areas and environmental sustainability.

In collaboration with a charitable trust we are providing employment to over 100 rural women.

The employment provided to the rural women is to help maintain an ecological balance in their environment. The tasks are designed to ensure environmental sustainability through conservation of natural resources and maintaining the quality of soil. Animal welfare and agro forestry are also the employment tasks assigned to the rural women.

Prime Minister National Relief Fund

Our contribution to he PMNRF is a commitment to aligning ourselves to the efforts of the PMO in helping citizens affected by adverse climatic conditions and natural disasters. By helping the PM we together with others are coming to the aid of people in need

The resources of the PMNRF are utilized to render immediate relief to families of those killed in natural calamities like floods, cyclones and earthquakes, etc.

Assists partially to defray the expenses for medical treatment like heart surgery, kidney transplantation, cancer treatment of needy people and acid attack etc.

Financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh is provided to the female acid attack victims from Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund. In case of male victims, financial assistance upto Rs. 1 lakh is granted, depending upon scale of injuries and other criterion. Financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh is provided to the female acid attack victims from Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund. In case of male victims, financial assistance upto Rs. 1 lakh is granted, depending upon scale of injuries and other criterion.
