Job Specification
  • Logging calls manually.
  • Making sure that the calls are attended and confirm with user about resolution.
  • Answering to phones calls received at help desk and assisting users accordingly.
  • Maintaining records of purchases (HO) and forwarding the invoices (HO) to accounts dept for payment process.
  • Generating call report on daily and monthly basis.
  • Maintaining asset records i.e.. Desktop/ laptop/ printers/ HHD/Link connectivity/ host names etc for branches and HO.
