Certified technicians can make on-site repairs in departmental offices / Individuals, or you can bring your equipment to the workshop.
A non-comprehensive service contract covers only those services where you only charge the work you have employed at your location to maintain M/Cs. Any other expenses that arise during the maintenance process are borne by the company. In a Non-Comprehensive AMC, the cost of spare parts replacement must be borne by the customer. This usually means only service.
Preventive maintenance comes under this and a consultant will advise on hardware bread down. In Non-Comprehensive AMC, only maintenance without hardware parts warranty.
In a comprehensive AMC, the analysis of breakdowns/faults in the hardware and repairing/service is taken care of by the service provider. This includes spare parts replacement. Apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done, on a pre-determined/agreed-to frequency. CAMC includes maintenance with hardware parts warranty.
