First of all, we regret the delayed release of our April Newsletter due to inauguration of our Global Service Delivery Center on 20th of May 2016. We have invested over Rs 10 crore on this 4,000 square feet center to offer end to end support services to our existing and new customers.

The fiscal 2015-16 has been a very eventful year for the Indian IT industry. I’m pleased to tell you that the last financial year was equally exciting for us as Swan Solutions recorded a sales booking of Rs 105 crore.

This financial year, we expect to ride the wave and keep going forward at an unwavering pace. This asserts our commitment to providing the highest quality of service to our clients and also gives us an assurance of satisfaction from our existing clients.

Drive Business Transformation with Data Management

Swan Solutions bagged its first Railway Station Wi-Fi Project worth Rs 1.4 crore from Railtel Corporation of India Ltd., the telecom arm of the Indian Railways. Though, the project involved WiFi implementation at multiple Stations, it was a privilege for us to commence our proceedings with the Ujjain Railway Station in Madhya Pradesh which was a top priority for RailTel.

Swan Solutions was asked to complete this project before the event of Mahakumbh, i.e. within 15 days. We are proud to announce that the project was successfully completed in 12 days. With the successful implementation, lakhs of pilgrims who visited Ujjain made use of this WiFi facility.

RailTel launched fast and free WiFi connectivity at 10 railway stations where it offers high-speed Internet to an estimated 1.5 million passengers. In the financial year 2016-17, Railtel will provide free WiFi Internet services at 100 railway stations. This is one of the most prestigious projects of Digital India powered by Google.

Avoid siloed structures internally

Sharing data between departments results in a seamless experience for business decision making. In an era of data collaboration and learning, separating each department from the other can stifle growth and prevent organizations from getting a better understanding of the customer journey. When data is not shared between departments, your organization loses its chance to make informed decisions about customers. Get all your departments to pool data insights so that the management team can make an informed business decision.
