Responsibilities

Co-ordination with hardware vendors for closing spare related calls.
Ensure all User issues are managed from inception through resolution.
Accept requests for assistance or problem reports from users.
Obtain necessary information from users to adequately describe the request or problem report.
Enter information into the problem tracking system
Directly respond to the request or problem if within own areas of expertise.
Complete information on problem reports that were solved personally and close report in problem tracking system.
Direct the request or problem to the most appropriate support area (e.g., specialist, support organization)
Liaison with user to ensure that requests or problem reports have been satisfactorily handled.
Manage central IT facility management helpdesk.
Ensure closure of a problem / issue that creates a reason for escalation.
Identify ways to improve customer satisfaction and maintain quality of services.
Use helpdesk system to manage / track calls and monitor SLA violation.
Updating the products in inventory records
Maintaining Centralized Escalation Contact Matrix of all the Vendors.
Maintaining Centralized Escalation Contact Matrix of all the Process Owner.
Coordinating with respective teams for timely closure of problems

Summary

Soft spoken female Graduate or Diploma holder with min 3 yrs experience in Customer Support. Responsibilities include logging of support calls, handling a team of engineers, tracking movement of spares, generating reports & maintaining a list of all information communication technology (ICT) equipment and softwares. Candidate would be the single point of contact between all the engineers and the customer. Self motivated candidates with the ability to work under pressure have an edge. Must be a computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills & strong command on English language. Fluency in local languages advantageous.

This is a senior position reporting to the Accounts Manager and would share the responsibility for smooth functioning of our Finance & Accounts Department. Candidate should be a B-Com Graduate with minimum 5 years of accounting experience preferably in a trading company. Must be well conversant with Tally 7.2 and should have good knowledge of MS Office. Installing the PC’s and configuring them on the network as well as loading all the software on the PC’s and copying the existing data.
Checking for the viruses if they are any in the system and removing it as well as loading the latest version of anti virus software’s in systems.
Performing maintenance task on the desktop.
Managing of Fax Mail Software on the Desktop

Summary

Aspirant should be an engineering graduate (Diploma/ Degree) in IT/Electronics/ Computers with certification in MCSE/CCNA. Candidate having minimum of 3 to 4 yrs experience as Customer Support/Service Engineer would be preferred. Should have practical knowledge of configuring & troubleshooting Desktops, Servers, Laptops, LAN & WAN, etc. The Job involves responsibility in terms of diagnosing, faultfinding, and trouble-shooting of Hardware, Networking and Software issues.
